250g fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
6 tsp Wanderlust Prebiotic Gut Goodness
2 ½ cups desiccated coconut plus ¼ cup, for rolling

2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method:
